BEACON Part Time Field Trip Bus Driver

BEACON is seeking an individual with a CDL to drive the BEACON activity bus for occasional field trips. Time commitment varies depending on need each week, 2-4 afternoons per week to be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Core Job Responsibilities
Inspect vehicle before and after each trip.
Communicate with BEACON Operations Manager and/or BEACON Director regarding schedule and any maintenance issues.
Safely transport students, staff, and community members on field trips.

Compensation:
Each field trip will be paid at a half-day minimum, for an hourly rate of $22/hour ($88 minimum for each field trip).

Skills and Qualifications
Solid understanding of risk management
21 years of age or older.
Must possess a CDL.
